1) My husband purchased an Infinity QX60 2020 on Saturday, December 10, 2022. We have been having problems with this car since the day of purchase. Just before he drove it off the lot after signing Saturday, December 10, 2022. We have been having problems with this car since the day of purchase. Just before he drove it off the lot after signing the paperwork, he noticed the check engine light came on. He brought it to their attention, they told him to bring it back on Monday December 12, 2022. We took it back just to find out it needed an oil change, brakes, and rotors. Obviously, it had to be left and picked up later. 2) In January 2023 this same Infinity began having more problems. We took it to Philly Auto again, this time they wanted us to take the car to the dealer to have them fix it because it was a motor issue. They also wanted us to use our free towing which we only had an option for 1 free tow. After taking it to Infinity they wanted nothing to do with fixing the motor because the motor had been swapped out. The motor in this car has a different serial number than the original motor. We waited 3-4 weeks if not more for the vehicle to be fixed. 3) We dropped the car off again on August 21, 2023, because the engine light came on again, and grey smoke was coming from the muffler. Also, the message on the dash read danger, do not drive the vehicle. They claim they put spark plugs in it. 4) It drove quieter for about a week and it's back in the shop again. This is the worst car experience we have ever had. I promise to keep you all posted. If you're thinking about buying a car please save your $$$$$ and look somewhere else. **** FYI When we first posted a review on this site, they asked us to remove it after they did some work. We removed it, and at this point I wish we had never moved it. They are very unprofessional. More
