I loved the “White Glove Concierge Service” that O’Neil Nissan provided in order to purchase my beautiful Murano! We went out looking for a vehicle (van) and saw the Nissan Texas Titan and another Titan. Darryl, the sales representative came to us almost immediately, went over both truck's we w (van) and saw the Nissan Texas Titan and another Titan. Darryl, the sales representative came to us almost immediately, went over both truck's we were interested in and answered any questions we had. He was very friendly and helpful. Then he offered us a test drive. We started driving and there was an accident with police sending cars in other directions. Being from the area we ended up taking Darryl on a little tour. We ended up on Almshouse and it is not a smooth ride but the truck was great on the road. Then we tested the other truck on the same roads. We were happier with the other ride. We appreciated the fact that Darryl was not a pushy sales person. We've had them before. Conor, in the finance department was very helpful to work with. He made turning over all the money as painless as possible. :) That being said we have no problem going to O'Neal and Darryl Smith for another vehicle. Thanks Darryl we love the truck! Very Good Car Buying Experience I had a specific model, year and color that I found on the Nissan certified website which O"Neil had. They are not the nearest Nissan dealer to my ho I had a specific model, year and color that I found on the Nissan certified website which O"Neil had. They are not the nearest Nissan dealer to my house and are about an hour away. I called and told them I would be there the following day and they were expecting me when I showed up. The sales manager assigned Daryl to take care of the transaction. Daryl is a great guy, really knows his stuff and not overly salesman-y. I highly recommend him. There was one hiccup in the process. As we we were in the final stages of negotiating the price, another salesman informed us that he had already sold that car and that the purchasers were coming in later that evening to pay and sign the paperwork. Both Daryl and the sales manager profusely apologized and said that they were unaware but would attempt to contact the prospective purchasers to see if they were still planning on coming in. I got back in my car started back home. 15 minutes later, Daryl calls and says that the prospective purchasers decided they wanted a different color and that the car was mine. I went back and completed the transaction. I'll admit I was bit irked when they told me the car was promised to someone else but, upon further reflection, I think it speaks to the integrity of the dealership. I was sitting there with a check in my hand, ready to buy the car and they were honoring a handshake deal with someone else. In the end, it worked out for all concerned. In summary, I would definitely recommend O"Neil Nissan. More
