What a great experience! The last few months I’ve been searching for my perfect truck. I was bouncing from dealer to dealer. 2 months ago I ended up at Golf Mill Ford just to The last few months I’ve been searching for my perfect truck. I was bouncing from dealer to dealer. 2 months ago I ended up at Golf Mill Ford just to look at their used trucks. That day I met Darwin. He was very nice and helpful. At the time they didn’t have what I was looking for but he gave me his card and told me to call him if anything comes up that I’d be interested in. The search continued. Finally last week I searched their used inventory online and I found it. I found the truck I had been looking for and close to the price I wanted. I called Darwin and he was great! He told me the truck was not at their location but assured me he could get it there by the time I could schedule to come in. Due to my schedule I wouldn’t be able to make it until 7:30 pm later in the week. When I arrived I saw the truck parked right in the front. Darwin came out with the keys and said I could have a VIP test drive. That means I could test drive it alone and take my time looking over everything. That was great! Once I knew I wanted to make a deal we went inside to discuss. Usually this part of the process is extremely drawn out however it wasn’t. Darwin and the manager, Ed made it easy. We talked it out and we were all able to agree on a price we were all comfortable with. Once the business side of the deal was done we were family. We talked and joked around while also starting all the finance paperwork. By this time we were the only ones in the dealership as it was just about closing time. Then we met Jon, the finance manager. He was super helpful and made sure I was getting a great rate and explained all the paperwork. Made signing a bunch of paperwork pretty seamless. All the while they filled the truck with gas and had it cleaned and washed. When all was said and done the truck was parked out front waiting for me. By far this was the best car buying experience to date for me. All the people we encountered were amazing and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future as well as having my friends and family experience their services too. More
