To say that Darwin went above and beyond the call of duty during the purchase of my 2008 Focus would be an understatement. Darwin had the vehicle I selected "certified pre-owned" (which came with a small warranty), had the car fueled up and detailed when I came to pick it up, and made the process of buying the vehicle as painless as possible. I would recommend Darwin and Golf Mill Ford for anyone that is in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. More

I was in the car business for a long time. So I know the good bad and ugly. My daily driver approached 130K. It was time for my 2005 Ford 500 to retire. I called him and explained my company discount through Ford. I emailed him discount numbers. He knew exactly about the discount. When I walked in he had keys ready to go for me to test drive. We thought that I would like the Fusion. However, it was not comfortable for me. I really was not happy. Darwin was very patient. I finally decided on a Focus after going around the lot several times (for over 3 hours). Darwin spent a lot of time with me and eventually made me a VERY satisfied customer. If that was not enough I got in a horrible accident 1 month later after my purchase. Darwin helped me plan ahead in case it was totaled. It was fixed but he put my mind at ease. went into Golf Mill with a friend whom had her car totaled, Darwin was extreamly friendly and outgoing. she decided on a 13 fiesta priced around 18k, left happily with the car after some negotiations totaled, Darwin was extreamly friendly and outgoing. she decided on a 13 fiesta priced around 18k, left happily with the car after some negotiations of course! left with free oil changes 1.9%apr and a fair monthly price. closer was a bit pushy on gap and extended warranty but overall understood the budget was the budget. i was keen on having her at least take the gap coverage which he did offer as a later purchase if needed as well as the life of term bumper to bumper. for the most part all dealer experiances are long drawn out and stressful, this was one of the best dealer experiiances i have had. keep up the quaility Golf Mill. Darwin is the guy to see! More
