Scott is always so kind explaining everything that my car needs during my oil changes,I also like that my car gets washed and vacuumed each time I have maintaince done. Purchased a wheel & tire warranty with my new Acura lease. Tried to use the warranty 3 months later only to be told it was cancelled...the day after I bought the car! When I confronted them about it I lease. Tried to use the warranty 3 months later only to be told it was cancelled...the day after I bought the car! When I confronted them about it I got a lot of run around and insinuation I chose to cancel. Why would I call you angry if I chose to cancel it? I pay extra on my lease payment for it, why would I cancel it with no refund? Also had issues with the title because I live in MI. I was told they could take care of the plate transfer/title then when I get there it's a different story. Had to lose a day of work to go resolve myself. Then the dealer calls me 2 months later asking where the title is (Acura was looking for it) Long story short, the woman that called me says they could of done the transfer themselves and that my salesman says I had a personalized plate and I'd "do it myself" I do not have a personalized plate. More
