The best! It was a hot summer day, I'm a mom on the go with 2 small kids. My A/C died in my van. Got into the dealership ASAP. And Daryl was there to help. 2nd car lease at Golling CDJRF, many with Danny Katzenstein! Danny's fantastic treatment of my family continues to bring me back! He always makes sure we get a vehicle that we will be happy with along with the Danny's fantastic treatment of my family continues to bring me back! He always makes sure we get a vehicle that we will be happy with along with the service and consideration that dealing with a consummate professional (as Danny definitely is) brings. I am very pleased with my latest vehicle, a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited (High Altitude)! Danny was very patient in finding a vehicle with the features I wished, made sure the timing was good for me, and was clear on what he needed to complete the transaction efficiently. He knows how to communicate well using social media, SMS, e-mail, and of course, voice calls, so I believe he is approachable by anyone. My advice to anyone working with Danny on a vehicle lease or purchase is to listen to him! As with my parents a few months ago, he comes up with ideas that may be surprising (I never expected my Mom to consider a compact SUV, but she loves it!) but they work out - each time! He has a wealth of experience AND the personal networking with his colleagues, near and far, to back up what is proposed. Trust is important in leasing or buying a vehicle, and Danny has earned my trust many times over! I highly recommend him and the very capable staff at Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat! More

I called to make an appointment and info. typed wrong I called in to make an appointment for my engine making a loud vibrating sound when sitting at a light. Melissa typed in that I had a grinding noise w I called in to make an appointment for my engine making a loud vibrating sound when sitting at a light. Melissa typed in that I had a grinding noise when pressing the brake pedal. When checking in for my appointment, I told the Service Advisor that was incorrect. I told him what I was experiencing and he put down there was a break issue causing a vibration. They fixed my rotors on my NEW 2015 Compass. The engine is still vibrating LOUD when putting it in all gears except Neutral and Park. We actually caught a Service Tech. and he felt the hood of my car and said it is running rougher than normal. He sat in my Jeep with my husband and told him it is an Engine problem or fly wheel. He said to tell the Service Advisor it is a grounding issue and they can come ask him about it. I went back and talked to a Lady and she typed it up and put down the Service Tech's name and to ask him about it. We left and I came back the next day to drop off my Jeep AGAIN. I got a rental, no charge, and left. Came in the next morning to change rental cars and check on my car. Daryl called the Tech working on the car and he said almost done....he is putting the engine back together and has to drive it, so about 20 minutes, so I waited. Guy was done and took the car for a ride. I was with Daryl and he told me what they fixed. Found out they still are stuck on the BRAKES!!!! They changed the Brake vibration part. Says fixed the vibration to the seat. Steering wheel has a little shake still, but normal....ggggrrrrr. I get half way home, which is 45 minutes away, and the sound is BACK!!!! Now I have to drop it off AGAIN and get them off of the BRAKES and on to the ENGINE!!!!!! Why will they not talk to the Service Tech that we told them witnessed the SOUND!!!!!! So FRUSTRATED!!!!! Mind you Daryl has been good on updating me when the car was not taken in the first day and would be worked on in the morning on the next day. More

Service Very unhappy with the service department. Lack of communication between departments. The unprofessional remarks from Service director Jeffery Frank Very unhappy with the service department. Lack of communication between departments. The unprofessional remarks from Service director Jeffery Frank. We had to call to find out the status on the repair, no communication with us. The rude comments from other staff members in the service department Daryl was one of them, as to why we where calling. When you have a vehicle for 12 days I think we have a right to call and ask questions! Since we were not hearing from them! Then to say " What do you want?" What kind of customer service is that? Obviously we were a inconvenience to them. More

Service was very responsive and professional I made an appointment to bring in my truck almost one week before the appointment date. I arrived on time at 8am to drop off my truck. By 5pm that eve I made an appointment to bring in my truck almost one week before the appointment date. I arrived on time at 8am to drop off my truck. By 5pm that evening, it was still waiting for a tech to diagnose it. When it was finally assigned to a tech, I was told I needed outer tie rods and pads and rotors in the front and pads and turn rotors rear. Since the brakes are something I can do on my own, I elected to skip on that. Tie rods are not difficult, but I thought I'd let them do it since I would need an alignment anyway. I had some concerns regarding the cost of the repair, but the service department worked with me and I was very pleased with the attention to my concerns and the resolution. The work was done perfectly and professionally and I would not hesitate to recommend Golling Service or return for service myself. Thank you for excellent service! More

Courteous, accomodating. Daryl Lanzon was my service advidor for my recent visit to get 2 of 4 recalls completed on my Jeep. As I needed my vehicle within a few hours, Daryl s Daryl Lanzon was my service advidor for my recent visit to get 2 of 4 recalls completed on my Jeep. As I needed my vehicle within a few hours, Daryl said I could wait, and that it could take up to a couple of hours. Worked was completed in just over 1 hour. My vehicle was parked in a safe place (no door dings here please) waiting for me to drive it home. Thanks Daryl for the speciual attention. Appreaciate it. will be looking for you next time I return.
