Hello there, it is nice to meet you. I am the Service Director here at Golling and my goal is to have my department give extraordinary service. I have been doing this for the over 15 years here at Golling and have created fantastic relationships with customers and co-workers. I am here to help out in any way I can, so please feel free when you come in to stop by my office in the service drive to say hi. I look forward to continuing the relationships that have been made and look forward to making new ones in the future. I was born and raised in this area and love all the sports teams. I enjoy playing sports and the outdoors. I also have a daughter who is part of the Cor De Dance team and is also an honor student.

I didn’t opt to take my car sir, I was scheduled to come back for repair on March 20th. I received a call on March 11th from Mr Mike Weinstein to cancel my appointment because I expressed my frustration and un satisfaction with jeep in general and the service department in the survey . When I called the service director : Mr Jeff Frank, he confirmed that he’s aware about my cancellation, he told me : «  you’re not happy, go elsewhere, we will not repair your car » I told him don’t take it personal, he said : «  here at jeep, we take everything personal »!! It’s so shocking !!

Good afternoon. Our concern was that the vehicle left the shop first before bringing the concern to our attention, and all we performed was your free lifetime oil change. There was no way we could have caused the issue you were pointing out. We did, however, still move forward with helping out by having the body shop adjust it at no charge, as we discussed, per your request. I did not leave the premises. As soon as the damage was noticed I immediately returned to the front of the building. I was back in 5 minutes. Only to be called a liar. My concern is your deceiptfulness. Not washing the vehicle was pretty cute, that hid some of the scuff marks from the mishap at your dealership. To save you what ? $50. To loose a repeat customer. (I bought 2 vehicles from Golling). It really wasn't that big of deal until you made one. Yeah, you saved 50 bucks, But your going to loose customers. You guys were the best dealership, but you lost your trustworthiness and professionalism. That's too bad. I am deeply saddened.

Good afternoon. We apologize that your service experience did not meet your standards; we strive to meet high expected standards. We did offer two days of free rental to match the two free days your aftermarket warranty allowed. When you came in on Wednesday to pick up the rental we arranged for you, you elected not to take it, even after we reached out to another rental agency to accommodate your needs. We can only fix the vehicle once all repairs are approved; if parts are delayed, that is out of our control. Unfortunately, sometimes parts are delayed, especially when using aftermarket parts. Your aftermarket warranty company is the one that ordered and sent the parts to us, which is also out of our control. Of course I denied your 2 day rental, as I initially stated, because I had already waited 2 weeks and had found other arrangements by that time. You missed the point of me having to speak with a manager for that option, instead of your Rep pro-actively doing it for me, as he told me "Bo." I also reported D. Denson to manager, Greg, for failing to contact my warranty provider due to him stating to me that he did not have time to wait on hold for my warrany rep to answer because he needed to help other custoners, as if I was not already 2 weeks ahead of the customers he was serving. D. Denson advised me that your phone system does not have the intercom option that would allow him to wait for a rep as he assisted others waiting in line. However, when I complained to Greg regarding the petty excuse D. Denson provided, Greg advised me that your phone system does have the intercom option. Greg apologized and advised that he would make sure the part was ordered. I never complained about the parts NOT being in stock, I complained about the lack of transparency of the part being backordered for 20 days which would have allowed me to opt for my warranty's aftermarket part a WEEK sooner. You failed to address your service manager, J. Frank, failing to return my call, Greg's rudeness and D. Denson's lack of transparency and unwillingness to multi-task, and for not resolving the Power Steerig fluid boiling issue the FIRST TIME I came, in which you should have taken it apart to discover the main cause. You RISKED MY LIFE BY SENDING BACK ON THE ROAD WITH A FAUTLY POWER STEERING PUMP. This is unacceptable, and mere avarice!

Good afternoon, Julesie. Your previous visit made no mention of a brake issue for us to investigate. There is no maintenance to be done to your brake pads, rotors, or calipers that any shop would recommend. Very odd that one would need to replace both calipers; we never see this. Your first email, back in November, was to let us know you would be scoring us poorly on the survey, which you did. The second email that you sent today was to let us know that you would be taking your vehicle somewhere else to have them look at the brakes because you just noticed some scoring issues. If the brakes were an issue 3,700 miles ago and over three months ago, you would think you would have taken it to a repair facility to have them looked at. We would be happy to look at the brakes for free, but unfortunately, you have already fixed the vehicle elsewhere.
