Jim Woeber and the managers Dave and Patrick all treated me with genuine respect. Jim was energetic in showing me different vehicles and answering all my questions. When it came time to wheel and deal they were more than fair. The fact they are selling great products at great prices makes for a rewarding and even pleasant experience. Great car I'd done my homework before coming in to purchase a new car and trade in my Chrysler and knew what kind of Kia I wanted to purchase. Leigh-Anne and Da I'd done my homework before coming in to purchase a new car and trade in my Chrysler and knew what kind of Kia I wanted to purchase. Leigh-Anne and Dave were very accommodating and showed me what I wanted. Test drive went great, as did the paperwork. What I didn't appreciate, however, is the fact that the car they offered me to purchase apparently was not "sale/customer ready." I had to sit in the dealership an extra two hours waiting for the service department to make it ready for me. It rather soured what had been a great day. If I may request, please make sure all cars you sell are READY TO BE DRIVEN OFF THE LOT. Thanks, Fran More
