Please, let me give beyond EXCELLENT On my fifth Mazda (two for me, one for my ex-husband, one friend and one for my sister) Could not be happier. That's why I always come back. Let's start with the quality of the cars all the way through to the service. Always know that when I call I will be treated better than family, and I've seen this happen with everyone I see there, and my questions/concerns are always answered/addressed. David Adam and Adam Dean worked with me for almost six months through indecision's, tough times and most recently a car accident. They never once lost patience with me and I drove away with my new CX-5 this evening. Happy as can be! Can't wait until my son gets his license so we can go shopping again, at MAZDA. AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I walked into Colonial Mazda Monday Feb.16, 2015 with my daughter, son and my daughter's friend. Was greeted by Adam Dean. I told him what car we were I walked into Colonial Mazda Monday Feb.16, 2015 with my daughter, son and my daughter's friend. Was greeted by Adam Dean. I told him what car we were interested in, Mazda 3, but was not sure which model. From that moment on, I felt an instant connection. Adam went out of his way with his knowledge informing me of all my options. I felt as if we were friends, not just another car salesman!!!! Hats off to Adam Dean!!!!!. Saturday Feb.21, 2015 I drove off in my Mazda 3 Sport. Most definitely will recommend Colonial Mazda and Adam. More

New lease on life!! Just took delivery last night on my 2015 Mazda CX-5 Sport. It was the first time in 14 years that I had gone car shopping and I couldn't be happier w Just took delivery last night on my 2015 Mazda CX-5 Sport. It was the first time in 14 years that I had gone car shopping and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I worked with Adam Dean who put together a great lease offer for me after going through the car's options and a great test drive. It was really refreshing to work with someone who is truly passionate about his job and goes out of his way to listen and understand the client's needs. I Keep Coming Back!! I just picked up my new Mazda. It's my second CX9, my 7th Mazda, and SIXTH of which I've purchased from Patrick Larson and Colonial Mazda. Buying fr I just picked up my new Mazda. It's my second CX9, my 7th Mazda, and SIXTH of which I've purchased from Patrick Larson and Colonial Mazda. Buying from Pat is always PAINLESS: No empty promises, no price changes, and always a fair deal. He and Fred Cook in finance always look out for my best interest and offer the best lease or buy options. I had been burned before by car salesman, but these gents took all the fuss and stigma away, proving there are honest, great people selling cars today. I have recommended Pat and the dealership to family AND friends, and both have bought cars from him. I will continue to do so in the future and I encourage anyone out there who's looking to buy or lease a car to visit. It will be a great experience. I'll be back! More

Thanks to Adam and his managers, Dave Adam and Roy Morel, it was an excellent deal for the Honda Pilot that I purchased. I truly felt like Adam treated me like his friend from the first time I stepped foot in the dealership years ago. He has kept in contact with me ever since. I'm still a very happy customer with my second car from them. It even only took one afternoon to finalize the purchase and drive away to be a big surprise for my son! After hitting a deer and totaling our VW, we recieved word from Colonial Mazda that a Mazda3 might just fit our needs! Thanks to Adam Dean and Dave Adam we were able to find an outstanding car. How cool was it to arrive at Colonial Mazda and have our car sitting at the lot with a big red bow on it! I am in love with my new Mazda3...zoom zoom all the way back to South Carolina! We recieved amazing customer service, loads of personal attention and developed a great relationship with Adam (he might even come to visit us in South Carolina). This is the way car buying should be! More

Great dealership!! I have a previous review on here from my 2007 mazda3 purchase and service experience; however a few years later I'm back purchasing the cx5 and am sti I have a previous review on here from my 2007 mazda3 purchase and service experience; however a few years later I'm back purchasing the cx5 and am still so pleased with how everything went. This dealership is outstanding in regards to their customer service. I've worked in the car business for a few years and had my fair exposure to various dealerships but this one stands out the most. You can tell they are there for the customers and the courtesy, flexibility and follow-up they show you won't find anywhere else. My sales consultant, Tom, has now sold me my 2 cars and is a great example for how sales people should act. I've never felt pressured or like I was "a number" for the books. He was very professional and thorough and made sure I left knowing everything about my car and even assured me that he would be there to answer any questions any time after I left. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and made the process so easy which is why I won't be looking at any other dealerships when it comes to purchasing or servicing my car. More

Adam Dean, my sales person has such amazing energy and enthusiasm to make his customers happy. He went above and beyond to put me in a car that I would be nothing but happy with, and followed through on every detail till the end. David Adam the sales manager also worked closely with Adam and me and my husband to do the same. Great bunch of people at this dealership, friendly, accomodating, respectful and courteous at all times. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Adam Dean and David Adam for your next car purchase! More
