Adam knows how to provide you with the information needed to make an informed decision. Fred is the best; he is efficient and works the numbers. Adam, Dave and Fred make this a place where you build a working relationship; not just make a sale. This is the dealership that I will visit for my next car. More

A friendly and welcoming dealership I was looking to buy my first car post graduation. Finding a right car to fit all your needs within your budget is a tough job. On top of it, to under I was looking to buy my first car post graduation. Finding a right car to fit all your needs within your budget is a tough job. On top of it, to understand the jargons used by most sales persoannel in the dealerships is almost impossible. Being new to buying cars, I did a lot of online research of do's and dont's before entering different dealership for a test drive. Since it was a busy weekend most dealerships would not give me the time and hospitality i deserved. Their words for price quotes always ended with "this is the price for now but if you decide to buy with us, we can do better than this price". I did not understand why one would be so non-transparent. When I entered colonial Mazda, despite being a busy day, the sales personnel took a second to greet me, understand my requirement and offered a test drive. The car had all the features i was looking for and I was very impressed. Next step was talking to sale personnel Adam for the pricing. He made me aware of the fresh graduate discount and gave me a price from the invoice. He ran my details through his system quickly and gave me a exact estimate (not a approximate one) of how much i would have to pay in case i decide on buying a car. Seeing the invoice, price breakdown clearly explained to me, gave me an assurance I was at the right place. The clarity in conversation and Adam's ability to answer my concerns as a new buyer were beyond my belief. I had decided on Mazda 6 after test drive, but had decided on buying from Colonial Mazda due to the comfort level and transparency in pricing I experienced with Adam. Once I decided to buy, I communicated most of my concerns over email and phone, and Adam took care of all the paperwork in time for me to pick up my car. I would like to thank Colonial mazda, Adam Dean, Dave Adam for making my first time car buying experience a pleasant one. P.S: Brownie points for putting a bow on my car. :) - Monica Agarwal More

Awesome Dealers. Made my 1st Car buying exp. memorable I work in Albany and had visited my uncles place in Connecticut. I was on the look out for a new car and so after fair amount of research decided to t I work in Albany and had visited my uncles place in Connecticut. I was on the look out for a new car and so after fair amount of research decided to test drive a few of them (Hyundai, Toyota, Subaru & Mazda). Colonial Mazda made me feel at home right from test drive. Adam Dean just handed over the keys to the car; asked me to take it for a spin. When i came back from the test drive, i was fascinated by the ride of the Mazda, but more so by the hospitality. Adam, wanted to know what i was looking for, when i wanted to buy, what features are important to me and then recommended a trim level. He then told me, about all the financing options and other promotions, only at my request. Adam, was not pushy, did not try to manipulate me. Just clear facts and shared with me all the necessary info. We dint make a decision that day, but then did some more research and fact checking on pricing. No-one else came close to the price they offered along with Free Synthetic oil change for life of the vehicle. The fact, that it was the best deal was not the reason i went back all the way to CT to pick up my Mazda. I wanted to do Business with Colonial and particularly Adam, because he really understood me as a customer. I co-ordinated all my details by email. He called me with updates on the Car and when it can be picked up. And, i had the most lovely experience of going to the dealership to buy my first car, and Adam was waiting for us on a Friday evening (his day off in the week). I had a fantastic experience of breezing through the paper work and was out of the door within an hour. I highly applaud the customer satisfaction that i experienced at Colonial Mazda and recommend Adam Dean. Loved doing business with them - Dr. Manoj Ganesh More

Best of the Best I have been to many car dearlerships over the years. I have never had a more positive experience than I recently had with Adam Dean, my salesperson, I have been to many car dearlerships over the years. I have never had a more positive experience than I recently had with Adam Dean, my salesperson, and his management team at Colonial Mazda in Danbury, Conn, including David Adam. Adam was knowledgeable, cordial, completely accommodating, and best of all, resorted to no high pressure tactics or slimy behavior that, unfortunately, seems so common in the automobile business. You know that horrible feeling you get when you are at a dealership and you feel you've been taken? When you start feeling queasy and you know they are cranking up the machinery and dirty tricks to extract more money from you? Well, guess what? That never happens at Colonial Mazda, and that is reason enough to celebrate the way they do business. At Colonial Mazda never felt anything but respected and valued. There was no bait-and-switch, no mystery charges, no last-second shenanigans. Adam told me from the start there would be no high-pressure tactics (I've heard that before), and he was good to his word, in all he said and did. I wound up getting a very good deal on a Mazda6, and the entire process was as agreeable as it could've been. I cannot say enough about Adam Dean, Dave Adams and everyone I worked with at Colonial, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favor if you are interested in looking at a Mazda. Go to Colonial and ask for Adam, and you will see exactly what I am talking about. More

Dave Adams, Sales Manager, and his team at Colonial Mazda were outstanding to work with. Dave has the patience of a saint and provided me the space to make a decision and guidance when I needed it. Business Manager, Fred Cook, was excellent with my wife and I. Friendly, clear and professional, Fred made what can sometimes be a stressful part of the process, easy. On delivery day - a very busy Saturday for the dealership - Adam Dean was courteous and helpful; never rushing the process; taking time to walk us through the 'new' vehicle's features. I'm now on my second car with Colonial Mazda, and both experiences were nothing but terrific. Adam Dean was outstanding! He responded to all of my questions and inquiries (and there were A LOT) almost instantaneously, even on his days off! He knew that I was choosing between two models and recognized when I was leaning toward the less-expensive option. Instead of trying to persuade me to spend more money, he fully supported my decision and helped me narrow down the remaining options to the car that was best for me. Adam and Dave also knew I lived out of state and worked behind the scenes to make sure the car was registered in my state (VA) from the get-go, which undoubtedly saved me a lot of time and money. Truly a great car-buying experience! More
