Awesome Experience My wife and I just bought a Certified CX-9 from Colonial Mazda and couldn't be happier. Dave Adam (GM) and Adam Dean (Salesman) were a dynamic duo. We My wife and I just bought a Certified CX-9 from Colonial Mazda and couldn't be happier. Dave Adam (GM) and Adam Dean (Salesman) were a dynamic duo. We got a great vehicle from great people. Could not ask for a better experience. They were professional, easy going and extremely helpful. After a quick test drive I felt like Adam and I were old friends, even though we had just met. Dave was extremely helpful in working out the deal and Fred got us through the financing and registration very quickly. Everybody we worked with at the dealership went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Adam when you stop by. You will not be disappointed! More

My wife and I purchased a new Mazda 3 from Colonial Mazda last year and we both love the car so much. We have had such a great experience working with EVERYONE at Colonial Mazda in not only buying a car but last year and we both love the car so much. We have had such a great experience working with EVERYONE at Colonial Mazda in not only buying a car but also servicing it. (The Lifetime Free Oil Change Program doesn't hurt either.) After falling in love with our Mazda 3 we decided to purchase a CX-5. Once again we experienced amazing customer service and love our new CX-5. Everyone one here is very welcoming and you get the feeling that they truly appreciate your business and your not just another customer. We are down to one more car in our family that is not a Mazda and I can guarantee you it will not only be traded in for a Mazda, but also purchased from Colonial Mazda. Consider us customers for life! Thank you Colonial Mazda!!!!!!!!!! More

As a former employee of Colonial Mazda, I always come back to them for new cars. This is my 4th purchase and I couldn't be happier. John McNeil was an amazing salesman! He made us feel like we were visit back to them for new cars. This is my 4th purchase and I couldn't be happier. John McNeil was an amazing salesman! He made us feel like we were visiting an old friend. He kept us comfortable and we laughed the whole test drive. He explained the car in detail and is just a very friendly guy in general. I will be telling everyone who notices my hot new CX5 and everyone else about my excellent experience at Colonial. Dave the manager was also excellent as always ;) More

I was very pleased with the way Dave Adam helped make my car buying experience at Colonial a pleasant one. He worked with me on getting me a good price for my CX-5 and my trade-in. I didn't feel pushed into car buying experience at Colonial a pleasant one. He worked with me on getting me a good price for my CX-5 and my trade-in. I didn't feel pushed into making a decision as I felt I would at Riley in Stamford. He was personable and polite. Throughout the buying process I really felt good, at ease and informed. When he handed me over to Patrick Larson who accompanied me for my first drive of my new car and the rest of the buying process I felt equally well taken care of. Patrick made sure I was happy with the car and made sure to answer any questions I might have. Even after I had left the dealership and was on my way home he helped collect some forgotten items I had left in my old car after I had called him. I had no problem on deciding that I would continue servicing my car there even though I live 34-40 miles away. When I had to return a week later to have the satellite radio installed the service department was accomodating. The only thing I was a little bothered by was that the installer really didn't take the time to show me how the automatic starter worked after I paid to have that installed too. He basically said 'you'll have to read the instructions which are in the glove compartment'. It took me about a week to really sit down and work it out when it was something I really could have used during the frigid temps at that time! Otherwise, he was helpful and personable when we first chatted over what needed to be done on the car that day. Having had a good experience all around I would definitely recommend Colonial Mazda to anyone.....and would strongly suggest the CX-5! I love the handling of it and it's economical fuel consumption! More

I was blown away by the level of professionalism and understanding that salesman Patrick Larson showed when purchasing my vehicle.. Not only did he take the time to listen to my needs and wants as a con understanding that salesman Patrick Larson showed when purchasing my vehicle.. Not only did he take the time to listen to my needs and wants as a consumer but he also Treated me as if I was an old friend as opposed to a new customer! I have always hated dealing with car salesmen But this experience completely changed my mind and now I know that there are a few good ones out there!... I would highly recommend anybody looking for a new car goes and talks to Pat at colonial Mazda you won't be disappointed... I know I wasn't!! More

This is my second and our third car we've gotten from Colonial and working with Dave Adam and Dave Brown is always a pleasure. We recommended them to 3 other families who also bought vehicles and are extremely happy with their choice. There service center has always accommodated us with a loaner when needed and provided service in a timely manner. When it's time to upgrade my wife's car we will again go see the Dave's at Colonial Mazda. More
