This includes the Service Department as well. Dave has been there for every one of our purchases and is just so down to earth and honest that he makes us keep coming back. He's a 5 star guy for sure! Adam has sold us our last few cars and is always upbeat, positive and his greatest asset is he LISTENS! That is so important. We went to see Adan Dean, from whom we had bought a Mazda about a year and a half ago. We were impressed then by the way he treated us when we bought a car for my son. This time he remembered us well when we returned to Colonial Mazda and helped us learn all we needed to know about the new Miata hardtop convertible. A few weeks later we received a phone call from Adam who told us that the model and color of car we wanted had just came in to Colonial Mazda. We went to the dealership and along with General Sales Manager David Adam, negotiated a fair price for the car and picked it up a couple of days later. We are very happy with the car and our buying experience.. We have received many compliments on the car and would recommend Colonial Mazda and Adam Dean to anyone who wants a great car buying experience. Great dealership experience! I walked into Colonial Mazda in Danbury looking for a car for my wife. I looked around waiting to see who would either approach me, greet me or at the I walked into Colonial Mazda in Danbury looking for a car for my wife. I looked around waiting to see who would either approach me, greet me or at the very least, make eye contact with me. Adam Dean was *that* guy! An awesome, welcoming smile along with a simple "hi". He was extremely easy and pleasurable to work with and had no problem answering all of my questions. The biggest thing for me personally as a customer was the fact that he did an excellent job keeping in contact with me during the 3 day process from the time of walk in until the afternoon my wife and I took delivery. Best of all for me was he was nice enough to take time away from his family to come in on his day off for the delivery and to give my wife a quick rundown of her new car. I also can't speak highly enough of the General Manager, David Adam. He was also extremely easy to work with and went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I got the best deal possible as well as get us approved for financing. More

Adam Dean was a friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and all around great guy & salesman. Unlike other dealers he did not try to pressure or bully me into buying a car. He answered any and all questions (within minutes) of me emailing/texting him, even on his days/nights off. When I finally decided the Mazda CX-5 was the car for me - Colonial didn't have the model color/package I wanted in stock - Adam did not let that stop him from getting me exactly what I wanted for a great price. Adam found my car within 12 hours of my call and worked with me to get a dealer swap in place as soon as possible. By the time the weekend rolled around I was picking up my brand new CX-5 and couldn't have been happier. Adam goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I would highly recommend him and his sales team. Bird Dogs for days! More
