Mac daddy Hatchback I had nothing but a positive and pleasureable experience at Colonial Mazda. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. Adam is the man. He worked closely with me to figure out what I really wanted while working in my budget. He had no problem dropping what he was doing to take me out on test drives. When he showed me the Mazda 3 hatchback I was taken back. I knew and he knew this was my car! He set me up for success and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for me when I picked my car up. He even changed my insurance carrier at the least minute in fact he stayed almost 3 hours late just so I could pick up my car on the date I wanted. He is the epitome of professionalism and personablilty. Thank you so much colonial mazda, I barely snuck away from the wheel for enough time to write this review! Back to driving!! More

Awesome car buying experience I would like to start out by saying that I had been shopping for cars for several weeks. Part of the reason is because I'm quirky and I did not want I would like to start out by saying that I had been shopping for cars for several weeks. Part of the reason is because I'm quirky and I did not want an odd numbered car so I was looking for either a leftover 2016 or a new 2018. I have to say that my salesman Jason White immediately embraced my quirkiness and made my buying experience the most pleasant I have ever had in my life. Immediately he took me under his wing I told him I was interested in either the Mazda three or a Miata and he said he would be more than happy to have me test drive both cars. As a previous owner of a Mazda three we test drove that first and it was everything that I loved about the car. We then took out the Miata and from the moment I stepped into that car I laughed and enjoyed the thrill of the ride with Jason allowing me to put the vehicle through the paces on the highway and Winding roads in Danbury it was the best driving experience I have ever had and his belly laugh by my side made it more pleasant. I told him I would have to think about the Miata as I still packed cars pretty full of stuff there was never any pressure from him to purchase a car that day. He kept in touch with me for the next 10 days as I was thinking through the process and he never pressured me he helped me to focus on the pros & the cons of owning a sports car. To quote him, "the Mazda is to go Vroom Vroom not put shopping bags in." I absolutely love this dealership and Jason White. Thank you Deborah Gustafson More
