Patient and welcoming! I contacted this dealerships to inquire information about a specific certified pre owned vehicle. Deanna went out of her way to personally go out and I contacted this dealerships to inquire information about a specific certified pre owned vehicle. Deanna went out of her way to personally go out and photograph the slightest imperfections and send them to me before I came, since I was coming from over an hour away. Unlike other dealerships I had been to earlier in the day who stated vehicles were in perfect condition, only to find out that they were far from that. Once there we were greeted multiple times and offered refreshments as soon as we stepped in. We truly felt welcomed even though we came 2 hours before close on a Saturday ( sorry about that guys!!) Deanna was so incredibly patient with me and put zero pressure on us for a sale. I have severe anxiety and it was so refreshing to have Deanna as my saleswoman. She calmed me down with her honesty , straight forwardness, and kindness. She never made us feel rushed, like previous dealerships had. She answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and made us feel confident in our purchase. Deanna went above and beyond for us! She even waited around until we got done with financing to set up my in car controls and make sure we knew all the functions. Frank was amazing and patient as well. I appreciate that he took the time to answer the same questions over and over. He also stayed with Deanna well after closing to finish us up. Dave Arenson was also extremely kind and welcoming. I honestly can not rave enough about this place! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will definitely be back for future purchases. Great prices and even better people! Ashley and Chris More

We were not subjected to high pressure sales tactics or misrepresentation of information, as we have encountered at other dealerships. It was clear that the staff wanted to provide a good value on a quality product with excellent customer service. Our saleswoman, Deanna Hattula, was exceptional to work with. She was highly respectful, genuinely kind, and very knowledgeable about her product. Deanna went out of her way to exceed our expectations, even coming in on her day off to complete our transaction. She was very patient and welcoming to our family, including our young child. Deanna communicated effectively and transparently throughout our sales process. She assisted us in understanding and setting up many of the personalized features of our car. She was truly a pleasure to work with! Dave Arenson was very personable and respectful in his communication. He explained warranty information that was very helpful in our car purchase decision. We felt that he gave us information to make an informed decision without pressuring us. The certified used vehicle we purchased was very fairly priced, but Dave worked with us to maximize the value we received. Frank White was polite and straightforward in his communication. He made every attempt to be respectful of our time. He efficiently presented the standard extended warranty information, made sure we understood our transaction, but did not pressure us into any additional add-ons that we were not interested in. Treated like family! We were looking for a 12 passenger van that would meet our needs as we are a family of 8. Marquardt had a 12 passenger conversion van so we went to g We were looking for a 12 passenger van that would meet our needs as we are a family of 8. Marquardt had a 12 passenger conversion van so we went to go see it. The dealership was very nice and clean. They offered us drinks and had a lounge with chairs, TVs, and a play area for our young kids. Our salesman was busy with a customer so Dave quickly took over and got us started with the van. He was friendly, respectful, and informative. There was no pressure to buy. We originally decided to think on it. We came back 3 months later and Dave remembered us after only seeing us that one time. That meant a lot to us. That was the first sign that we were being treated as a person and not just a number or a sale. Chris was our salesman the second time around and he was awesome. He made sure our kids were comfortable and cared for while we took care of business. He made sure we were comfortable with the purchase every step of the way. Again, no pressure, and very respectful. We were given exactly what we wanted for our trade and the price for the van was very fair. Dave took over the financing. He explained how difficult it was to finance a conversion van since it was such a niche market. He kept us in the loop and reassured us he would get the deal done. Tonight we closed on the deal and took home our van. The financing was smooth, quick, and all of the extra options were at our discretion. No pressure! We love our van. We loved the experience. We would highly recommend this dealership! Thank you to the Marquardt Team and all that you did for us. More
