Lou Fusz had none in their possession, but Dave Blanke found one at another dealer .. and was persistent in arranging the trade, and delivering the car that I wanted. Dave stayed in touch with me via phone and email over a period of weeks to make this happen, and a seamless and positive experience for me. Dave and the Lou Fusz dealership were a pleasure to deal with .. and their accommodations are clean and comfortable with a nice assortment of snacks, and plenty of fresh coffee. Couldn't ask for more. More

I want to start this review off by saying we did not purchase a car here. Not because of anything to do with the company or Dave Blanke, our salesmen. We simply decided to go a different route. With that being said, Dave was one of the best salesmen I have worked with. Not only was he very polite and knowledgeable of his cars, he was excited to tell you about them. His pleasant friendly demeanor and non-pushy attitude was a refreshing change to what I am use to in car shopping. If there was a question he did not know the answer to, which was only one, he said he would find out and actually delivered the answer later. I typically hear, "I don't know. I've never been asked that," and stop there or "I'm not sure I'll find out," and they never do. If you are looking for a new Subaru in the St. Peters, MO area, Dave is the guy to see. More

Way too long I set up an appointment for the 30,000 mile service at 7:00am so I could get my car back mid to late morning. But that did not happen. I was not able to pick up my car until 3:30pm, which messed up our afternoon plans. I also left text messages and voice messages, were not returned. I finally contacted Dave Blanke, who was off work but still took the time to contact the service department for me. The actual service to my car appears to have been performed well. More
