The dealership kept my car for 2 weeks and did not do anything to fix the problem. I will not be using their services anymore. I dropped off my 2018 Genesis G80 Sport with the transmission slipping in 2n anything to fix the problem. I will not be using their services anymore. I had to call them multiple times for updates. The person who was supposed to be monitoring my car was hardly available. Never go to the dealership group for anything. They are awful. More
