Routine Maintenance I always have a great experience here. I make my appointments on line and they are always ready for me when I bring it in. This time I got a "rental I always have a great experience here. I make my appointments on line and they are always ready for me when I bring it in. This time I got a "rental" because it was 75,000 mile service and they needed the car for longer. The rental fee was to put gas in it before I brought it back. They even submitted the Ford rebate for getting a "Works" package on my behalf! More

Is it possible to get better service? I have a 2014 Escape and have had the routine service at every 5K miles - which has been completed thoroughly and on time - every time - I usually wai I have a 2014 Escape and have had the routine service at every 5K miles - which has been completed thoroughly and on time - every time - I usually wait so it's nice to know how long I will be waiting. I have had some minor issues with my Escape and they have been addressed completely. I am not sure how your service could be improved. Every one is friendly and obviously well trained and competent. Dave Christopher went through my minor problems in great detail when I checked in and when the vehicle service was completed he discussed the resolution of each problem in detail. He was excellent. More

4x4 Engagement Work We brought our F250 in to fix a 4x4 engagement issue. The service group was prompt at getting the vehicle in the shop for diagnosis, and worked with We brought our F250 in to fix a 4x4 engagement issue. The service group was prompt at getting the vehicle in the shop for diagnosis, and worked with our "warranty" company to process the required information to get approval. The "warranty" company was difficult to work with, but Dave worked with them to work through the approval process. Ultimately it wasn't covered by them, but Dave got it in the shop quickly for the work. He kept me up to date with parts that should be replaced while the vehicle was torn apart, and throughout the process. He returned my phone calls promptly and did a good job communicating. One of the best Dealership experiences I have had to date. Dave actually seemed to care if I was updated and happy with the process, unlike most dealerships who just care about making the most $$$ possible during a service visit, and working on their own schedule. There was an issue with the billing, but when I noticed it the service group quickly resolved the mistake. More
