Top notch service Came in for a "check engine" light and a tire issue. I arrived early and they took my car immediately. Computer issues can take a while to solve, I Came in for a "check engine" light and a tire issue. I arrived early and they took my car immediately. Computer issues can take a while to solve, I was given a vehicle to use to take care of my business. Diagnosis was very thorough, problem was addressed, end of that story. I have NEVER heard of a dealership warrantying poor tire performance but between Tom Glansman, North Country, and Lincoln Motor Co. that is how that situation was resolved! Dave Christopher made it all happen promptly, courteously, and professionally. I know why I have sent friends to this dealership and have them all report similar positive experiences. Thanks North Country Team. More

It was O.K. So I brought my truck in to have the axle seal replaced under warranty and that all when good got a free rental car under my warranty etc... But when I got a call about a few things one such as they told me I had a dirty air filter. One point is that I replaced it just 3 weeks prior to visiting them. So I though hmm maybe since I was on the iron range between then something got dirty. I refused it since I was curious to how it looked. As soon as I got my truck back I pull out the filter and it was completely clean and white. Not dirty at all. That did not make me very happy that they tried to lie and sell me something I did not need. It makes me wonder what else they lie about and or don't actually do to your vehicle and say they do. If you aren't mechanically inclined don't go here or they might get you with something. More

Brought in 2000 Ford Winstar for a axle recall. Dave was very courteous, got paperwork done quickly, and said he would call me when it was done. Same day appointmentt My driver side window fell off the track on my Ford F150 and fell to the bottom part of the door. Above and Beyond service I brought my Ford Edge to get a recall fixed. When I dropped my car off, my driver side door handle was not working and I let them know as they would I brought my Ford Edge to get a recall fixed. When I dropped my car off, my driver side door handle was not working and I let them know as they would have to use another door. When I picked my car up the next day, not only was the recall corrected but also my door handle, at no charge to me! Because of this outstanding above and beyond service, we will continue to go there! More
