Premium Extended Warranty doesn't mean much I purchased the premium extended warranty with my 2013 F150. Last week I went in and told them that the trim on my window door is coming off and the w I purchased the premium extended warranty with my 2013 F150. Last week I went in and told them that the trim on my window door is coming off and the window make noise when I roll it up. I told them I think it was the rubber track getting dry and might need replacing. After leaving my truck there for the day I thought I would get it back fixed. Instead they called me and said that the window trim and the rubber track needs to be replaced and that is not covered under warranty. The cost would be almost $1,000. I don't remember them telling me that when they sold the package to me. Oh, well what's worse is that they charged me $70.00 for telling me what I told them was wrong is not covered by warranty. They could have told me that when I told them what was wrong in the first place. Then I wouldn't have wasted a day on it. More

Dave Christopher and others extended me every courtesy, including shuttle rides, a loaner vehicle and keeping me well informed of the progress of the repair. I couldn't have asked for better service. Engine light on Dave was fast and friendly with getting my car in for service and letting me know what was wrong with it. Long time awaiting the answers Ford corp hot line thinks everybody's life stop when they go home . Wrong...Service did things they were not suppose to do. They were very willing to help out with rental cars. Car went back in week later and made every thing right . Thanks to Tom Glansman. Just did not like being told things that turned out being not true. More

A huge thank you to Dave Christopher!!!!! I had an appointment with North Country Ford yesterday for maintenance on our F-150. Dave Christopher made the process the smoothest that I have ever I had an appointment with North Country Ford yesterday for maintenance on our F-150. Dave Christopher made the process the smoothest that I have ever had when it comes to dealing with service centers. He took the time to review our existing warranty and explain all options and details concerning the service that our truck needed. His professionalism extended to making sure that I knew where I could wait and that our vehicle was cleaned after service. He also took that time to go over the invoice that was prepared after the job was taken care of. Thanks Dave for all of your help yesterday. More

Very Timely! I dropped off my car and decided not to wait because my car needed a diagnosis and I didn't know if they would be able to fix it that day. Friendly service with understanding and a smile I have spent the last 10 years having our F-250 and Fusion serviced at NCF and have always been greeted with a smile and a good ear that was listening I have spent the last 10 years having our F-250 and Fusion serviced at NCF and have always been greeted with a smile and a good ear that was listening to what my needs/concern's were. All my vehicle needs were taken care of in a timely fashion and I have never been over-sold on any service or part that didn't need repair or replacement. To me this speaks volumes. I feel strongly if you choose NCF you will not regret it. I tip my hat to you NCF. Keep up the honest and good work. More
