Service for Recall and Oil Change Drove my car into the Service Bay and was greeted immediately by Dave Christopher. Big smile. He was extremely professional and courteous....explained what would be happening to my car, the length of time it would take and made sure I had his card with numbers if I needed to contact him and also double checked my phone number in case he needed to reach me. More

99.9% Isn't Good Enough Whenever I do business with a place I always ask myself one question. Are they content and happy with 99.9% of their customers having a Completly Sat Whenever I do business with a place I always ask myself one question. Are they content and happy with 99.9% of their customers having a Completly Satisfied experience? To many the answer would be yes. But I firmly believe that North Country Ford is not one of those businesses that are. The reason I say this is I have been going to this dealer for the last four years and only once did I have an issue that I thought was unfair. Guess what, I talked to Tom the service manager and he fixed the issue I had without hesitation. Yes, in the four years I have been going there I could have been 99.9% satisfied but like I said, Tom corrected the minor issue I had and turned it into 100% Completly Satisfied. This is the reason I continue to buy all my vehicles and do all my service work with them because at the end of the day, there just is no other place that can match their level of service in pricing and customer service. It has been a true pleasure getting to know all of the wonderful employees that I have had the pleasure to do business with I want to give credit to Tom the Service Manager, Brent and Jack In the Service Dept. Tim Reil, Perry Feavel, and Tom Reil in sales for always taking care of me and my family over the last four years and for never being satisfied with only being 99.9% Good Enough. More

2014 Focus 10K Service The phone call to set up my service appointment was very helpful. Told me where to go, and who to see. Once I arrived, the check-in was very quick. Dave confirmed what my appointment was for, and they had my rental car waiting right there. Dave called me when my car was finished (the next day, as arranged). I arrived, and my car was waiting right in front. Dave answered all of my questions and informed me that the transmission would have to re-learn my habits (part of the service was a recall to reprogram the Transmission Control Module) so it might have some unusual shifting for 1,500 miles or so. They washed it for me too, which was a nice bonus. Also, because it was the first service for this car, they took care of it for free! More

Awesome service! I had a warranty issue with my vehicle. Within one day they diagnosed, and fixed it without any issue or cost to me! Great service! Great people! Recall Made appointment online for two warranty items to be taken care of. Arrived at the dealership at my appointment time and explained that I needed to be Made appointment online for two warranty items to be taken care of. Arrived at the dealership at my appointment time and explained that I needed to be out and on the road within two hours because I had to pick up my daughter from daycare. Not only did the service advisor ensure that he would try and get the work taken care of within the specified time, but he would set up a future time if both jobs couldn't be taken of within the two-hour window that I needed it to be. They performed one recall on my vehicle within the time frame I needed and explained on my next visit that the second item will be taken care of. I have a very busy schedule outside of work so I am only able to make it into the dealership at very specific times. My service advisor seemed to understand how important it was that I at least got one of the warranty claims taken care of today and he was very professional with getting me and my vehicle taken care of. Best service I've received from a service department so far. Definitely recommend North Country!!! More
