Driver's seat repair The color in the leather of the driver's seat was rubbing off so I brought it in to North Country. Dave took pictures and sent them to Ford and recom The color in the leather of the driver's seat was rubbing off so I brought it in to North Country. Dave took pictures and sent them to Ford and recommended replacement of the leather. I did not think Ford would agree to that but Dave wrote the appeal up in such a way that they agreed to replace the worn seat cover. This was done in a timely fashion - from the time I brought it until the new seats covers arrived and they were installed was less than two weeks. Dave worked with me in a professional manner. I have been a customer of North Country Ford for a long time and I am completely satisfied with their service and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thanks Dave for resolving this issue for me. More

Pleasant Service Experience ! I made a service appointment over the phone four days in advance for throttle control (wrench light came on), and for a Customer Satisfaction Pro I made a service appointment over the phone four days in advance for throttle control (wrench light came on), and for a Customer Satisfaction Program #14M03. I arrived at the dealership about an hour early and talked with another service representative who helped correct the work order that was previously written up. I mentioned that the car never did stall. I could only get 20 mph out of it to limp home, and that the rear lights were not out, but did not illuminate the same. Both were taken care of under Ford Programs. The third item discussed was whether or not to change the transmission fluid at 84,ooo miles or hold off until the 100,000 fluid specks time to change. After much discussion about fluid color, the difference between todays fluids and fluids of the past, I opted to change the fluid at this time. All was completed in the day and I was very pleased with ALL the employees I came in contact with. I had an overall great experience at this dealership with this service appointment. Not impressed with unfriendly and slow service. Dave that checked me in was not helpful and even rude right away. He didn't have time to listen to my concerns but just hurried me through so he could Dave that checked me in was not helpful and even rude right away. He didn't have time to listen to my concerns but just hurried me through so he could sit down and chat with a regular that came in after me. I dropped my truck at north country in the evening and they were going to look at it the next morning. Come 3:00 the next day I had to call them to find out they hadn't touched it yet. The second day they called and said they had to order parts so it would be another day yet. To top it off they gave me a 30 pt. Inspection sheet they did that was blank, did they actually do it? More

Engine Light On Dave gives excellent customer service. I took my car in for service because the engine light came on. I had an extended warranty for up to 75,000 mi Dave gives excellent customer service. I took my car in for service because the engine light came on. I had an extended warranty for up to 75,000 miles. My mileage was at 74,700. They took care of me right away, even though I didn't have an appointment because the engine light just popped on that morning! It saved me almost $600 because if I would have had to wait a few days to get in, the mileage would have gone over the 75,000 and the warranty would not have been good anymore. Thanks Dave for taking care of my car right away!! More

Who wouldn't like to do business like this? I made an appointment for 3:30p to drop my car off for an oil change. They said come 10 minutes early to check in and it would be ready at 430p. I left the car, came back in exactly an hour and it was out front waiting. It took seconds to check out. The service was perfect and the price was right. Who wouldn't like to do business like this? More
