Very helpful Drove in without an appointment. Got my car in to be checked because new battery wouldn't stay charged. Ford kept car and drove me home. When car w Drove in without an appointment. Got my car in to be checked because new battery wouldn't stay charged. Ford kept car and drove me home. When car was fixed, they came and got me and car was all ready. Radio had a short and was draining the battery. Thanks for the help More

Excellent and friendly service There was an issue with my Ford Edge and the driver door locking. I stopped in on Thursday, February 5th and explained the issue. An appt was schedu There was an issue with my Ford Edge and the driver door locking. I stopped in on Thursday, February 5th and explained the issue. An appt was scheduled for the following Monday, February 9th and the issue was resolved. The Service Advisor Dave, took all the information and asked if there was any other issues I had to resolve as long as I was already in there. He was very friendly and the service was excellent. My husband loves that I have no problem dealing with any issues that arise with my Ford Edge and it is all because of the people I deal with at North Country Ford. More

Tell you what you want to hear when they want your money Bought a car from there in May 2014. DRL lights were not working. They said they'll fix it. 2 months later it died again. Went back and they claim the Bought a car from there in May 2014. DRL lights were not working. They said they'll fix it. 2 months later it died again. Went back and they claim they fixed it. 2 months later, it dies again. Seems like the deeper problem was never fixed in the 1st place. Now they're saying its not covered under warranty anymore for a part they claim they fixed...Worst of all...had to wait 3 weeks to get the car in for the 3rd time to have them tell me they can't look at it because it's a Honda. Could have told me that the day I called to make my appointment. Wasted my time waiting for 3 weeks n going there to have them tell me that's not their problem since its a Honda. Never buying from their again. Was a loyal customer n bought both my cars from there. Never again! Worst service center. More

I will go back!! Dave and Jack were extremely friendly and helpful and the price and timing of repair were outstanding. Worth the Drive There are Ford dealerships closer to me but it is worth the drive to this one! Excellent experience! Dave Christopher was my Service Advisor. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had my car for a little bit and then called letting me know I Dave Christopher was my Service Advisor. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had my car for a little bit and then called letting me know I could pick it up. I went back, it had been washed (very nice touch) it was fixed. Dave gave me his card and said if for some reason you have any more problems give me a call. I thought that was great to have his name and number just in case. Very pleasant experience, thank you Ford! More
