Everyone was very nice and helpful. The runner who gave me a ride to the shopping center while I waited was very courteous. The gentleman who picked me up was also very courteous. I had a check light engine that kept coming on and off on my 2009 Ford Expedition. At the end of the service, my issue got taken care of through the warranty and my car got checked for other potential issue my 2009 Ford Expedition. At the end of the service, my issue got taken care of through the warranty and my car got checked for other potential issues. My rear brakes ended up being done and I was made aware of redeeming $25 via a current promotion going on. This is the pure definition of service and customer satisfaction at his best. I had an issue last fall that the dealer was not able to figure out. The vehicle was still under warranty at the time. The problem I was having previously still was an issue. I asked them to check into i figure out. The vehicle was still under warranty at the time. The problem I was having previously still was an issue. I asked them to check into it again when I brought in for an oil change. The service manager road with me and thought he knew what the problem was even before we left the lot. Though I was now beyond the original warranty the dealership covered it and I left a fully satisfied customer. They are making an extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction and that is what is needed when I determine whom I buy my next vehicle from. More

Everyone I worked with was great. They supplied a 'loaner car' to me which enabled me to get back into my daily/nightly routine of getting to and from work, the kids to school, etc. They fixed the c 'loaner car' to me which enabled me to get back into my daily/nightly routine of getting to and from work, the kids to school, etc. They fixed the car, supplied me with 2 new tires (even priced matched as I found a cheaper price elsewhere) and explained to me in great detail what they did. I felt I was in good hands and I felt they were very honest as well, unlike some mechanics out there. An overall great experience and I will continue to drive out of my way to get here for my car maintenance needs. More
