Dave was very helpful and knowledable on what needed to be done. He called me a couple of times with an update, etc. I appreciate this as I hate being left in the dark. I go to North Country Ford in Coon Rapids, MN for all service on my car. I find their staff to be especially friendly and helpful. I spoke with Dave Christopher regarding service for my car, and he mad service on my car. I find their staff to be especially friendly and helpful. I spoke with Dave Christopher regarding service for my car, and he made recommendations about what service was needed, ranked the order in which they would recommend I have some routine maintainance done on my car, and never pushed to have it all done at once. Being a graduate student, funds are limited, so knowing what could wait to be done at a later time was really helpful in making my decision. I have never walked away from here feeling cheated, with questions, or not satisfied with the service I recieved. As long as I am living in the Twin Cities area, I will continue to use North Country Ford for my car maintainance needs. More
