As well, service contract was not in the system and had to figure it out myself on how to get that info uploaded into the system to get the issue fixed. Just all could have been much better with better upfront communication. Great work as mentioned prior. End of the day, all is good but it should not have been that difficult from a sophisticated service shop. More
