He checked on recalls outstanding which there was and added that in to my repairs. He set me up with a loaner. That person was also very helpful. Dave asked if texting updates was ok and I said yes. That feature, for me, was great. Dave sent me several texts with updates and I knew what was going on the whole time. Thanks Dave! More
