Above and Beyond!!! I recently brought my Escape in for service and found out that there was a problem with my extended warranty. The error went back to the dealersip in I recently brought my Escape in for service and found out that there was a problem with my extended warranty. The error went back to the dealersip in Michigan where I bought the vehicle in 2013. When the work was input it showed that the warranty had expired in 2016 instead of 2020, as it should have. Tom Glansman was extremely helpful in assisting me in getting the error rectified. He even spoke with the Michigan dealership on my behalf. Every time we bring a vehicle into North Country Ford, Tom treats us with such courtesy. He is professional, efficient and helpful. Tom is the main reason we keep coming back. You can count on him to go above and beyond to make sure our experience is a good one.
