I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else’s! Period! My family purchased 5 new FORDS of all models. Best cars ever! We don’t have the electrical sensor problems the CHEVS are having, recalls are instant My family purchased 5 new FORDS of all models. Best cars ever! We don’t have the electrical sensor problems the CHEVS are having, recalls are instant and fixed immediately. Service center is outstanding, we get free rentals if they keep our cars over night. They are honest, fair, and professional at service. Inside the dealership the personell are professional and very helpful. Waiting area is clean and pleasant! Salesman are professional and work hard to find you the perfect car. New car sales are wonderful , up the chain to help you buy your car. I send everyone to NORTH COUNTRY! Greg Veum is the best! More

Service My 2015 Focus hatch back went in for a minor oil leak. The replaced the gaskets and seals on the front of the engine which was all under warranty. Customer service I came in with an issue with my car and your service department deducted that it was the tires. More communication needed Work is great but I asked many q’s upon arrival and everything was very vague. Please walk people through expectations more on the front vs. grabbing keys and saying we’ll call you. I had a few recalls that were almost not covered without holding my ground. As well, service contract was not in the system and had to figure it out myself on how to get that info uploaded into the system to get the issue fixed. Just all could have been much better with better upfront communication. Great work as mentioned prior. End of the day, all is good but it should not have been that difficult from a sophisticated service shop. More
