Horrible I have been bringing my vehicle to this dealership for 6 years for all service and oil changes. Over the years I have noticed the service has gone way I have been bringing my vehicle to this dealership for 6 years for all service and oil changes. Over the years I have noticed the service has gone way down. The advisors seem very grumpy and don’t seem to listen very well. Twice now I have brought my vehicle there for repair and have had to bring it back multiple times until it actually gets repaired. When I called and spoke to a manger this last time he seemed like it was my fault for not “explaining” what was wrong with my vehicle when I explained when, what, how and the location of the issue, i guess I’m not sure what else they would need. Also if they were unsure, why didn’t I get a phone call to try and give more detail? I just dropped my vehicle off today to get the repair refixed from the last time and the representative was very monotone rolled his eyes a few times and just didn’t seem interested. Maybe I should have had my husband drop the vehicle off and maybe it would actually get fixed. I feel very mistreated and if it wasn’t for the warranty I would never return here. I will never purchase another vehicle from North Country and I will make sure everyone i know, knows what Poor service you offer. More

Awesome experience I recently had to bring my 2014 Ford escape in for some work that was non-warranty. I also picked up a rental car. As it turned out, part of the work I recently had to bring my 2014 Ford escape in for some work that was non-warranty. I also picked up a rental car. As it turned out, part of the work I needed done ended up being covered under my extended warranty and my rental car turned into a loaner car for two days. During that time, they kept me informed and had my car ready to pick up when they said it would be done. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was a really positive experience. More

Jack Hackman and Dave Christopher were great! I was kept up to date regarding the progress of the repairs and Jack was respectful and helpful. He exceeded my expectations! Salesman went above and beyond! Dave at the service center said he would call me back the next day about the possibility of getting a loaner while my car was being fixed and then nev Dave at the service center said he would call me back the next day about the possibility of getting a loaner while my car was being fixed and then never called me back. When I called them back they said they did not have a loaner. The salesman I bought my car from, Dee, went above and beyond; He was able to find me a loaner car while my car was being fixed and I got my car back the next day! More

Never have luck with this service center Very unreliable service center. I always have to bring it back because they never put all the parts back together right. Came home and the rear door would not work. Brought it in to have that fixed got home and the front passenger door would not work. All because they forgot to put parts back together when they took it apart. Very inconvenient. This dealer has never been reliable for me unfortunately my truck is under warranty through them. More

The tech tricked the system and got the new 1.4.4 firmware downloaded to the car. It took several hours but the technician persisted. Existing Customer Just felt like I was not welcomed. When I first arrived I stopped at quick stop and was not greeted. It was two reps sitting at the computer and helpi Just felt like I was not welcomed. When I first arrived I stopped at quick stop and was not greeted. It was two reps sitting at the computer and helping 1 customer. They was trying to sale tires. They did not once greet me and say that they’ll be right with me. 10 min’s passed and still no greet or hello. I walked over to the cashier and she said hello how can I help you. Told her I was here for an appointment where do I go she says the service center. “Finally” Got to the service center, people just looked at me. Didn’t acknowledge my presence, Dave came up and said hello. I said I’m here for an appointment, he said I need to pull my car in. I then explained to him the bad experience and he apologized. I did feel like Dave was uninterested, I tried to explain to him my experience with the car since day 1 and my frustrations. He told me that they will have to keep my car overnight to look at it. No rental cars was available and no options. Dave is nice but it didn’t feel genuine to me. I walked to the cashier and I told her I purchased a warranty on my car who do I talk to. She brought me over to the warranty department or finance. That’s when the experience was much better, the guy that helped me was professional and I felt like a customer. Came back to service to explain to them how my warranty works and all Dave could say is that he can’t submit paperwork for me to be reimbursed for the car if I go elsewhere, until they diagnose the problem. Which is understandable, but I had to be to work soon. I ended up using my mothers vehicle and Dave told me about the survey. After I decided even to use the shuttle bus. Dave came out to check in to ask if the driver can pick another customer up first even though I was closer. I came back to this location because my initial experience when I purchased my car was excellent. But now it’s mediocre, you guys need to be unison in every department when it comes to customer service. The only great experience I had was with the cashier, finance and the mechanic. Great people but everyone else needs to do better. More

Ford Recall Appointment I was greeted by Mr. Christopher and he explained exactly what work was being done on my vehicle and the approximate time it would take. I was shuttl I was greeted by Mr. Christopher and he explained exactly what work was being done on my vehicle and the approximate time it would take. I was shuttled to my home and when the work was completed picked up and returned to the dealership. Mr. Christopher assured me that the work had been completed and my vehicle was as good as new...............
