Friendly, thorough and quality service. I had recall work done on my car. Our car was ready when they promised and it is running great ! We used to buy Chevy's. Disappointing We purchased a brand new pick up in 2016; which was a very good experience. Since the we have been using your service department. We have had three ex We purchased a brand new pick up in 2016; which was a very good experience. Since the we have been using your service department. We have had three extremely disappointing experiences. The last time , we had a 9:15 a.m.appt.to get a latch replaced on a door. When I arrived I asked if they could also do an oil change, shortly after that I saw my truck on the hoist. At about 1:30p.m. I no longer saw my truck in the service bay. Several times I walked up to the service counter inquiring as to the whereabouts of my vehicle, as it was no longer visible in the service bay. The people at the counter could not give me an answer. So finally at 5:00 p.m. the service person came out and said he didn’t know I was going to wait for my vehicle, however when I checked in I told him I was waiting. He also told me that when they replaced the latch they allow the vehicle to warm up. Keep in mind that our vehicle was not visible for at least three hours in the service bay. After spending 8 hours waiting,,,, I went on the internet to see how long it would take to replace the latch on a dorm of an F 150 pickup, I watched the video and took approximately 30 minutes to do one door. When I walked up to the service counter, I also noticed a truck that looked like mine sitting out in the parking lot, adjacent to the service doors and noticed someone sitting inside and another gentleman standing outside the vehicle. This was at approximately 2:00p.m. And unfortunately I did not go over and verify if this was my truck. If this was my truck and it needed to be warmed up, why did they not have it in the service bay? This is the 3rd extremely disappointing experience I have had with your service department. I will not be returning to have any of my vehicles serviced at your facility. The previous time I had a bad experience I talked to a manager. Feel free to contact me if you want mor information. More

013 MKX: Dave did a super job for me again. Dave did everything expected and more. This is the second time he has come thru for me. Even though there was nothing mechanically wrong with the ve Dave did everything expected and more. This is the second time he has come thru for me. Even though there was nothing mechanically wrong with the vehicle, it had to be attended to with the backside of the passenger seat stitching was out. He kept in contact with me and worked around the problem to get my MKX back on the road again. Can you believe this is the very first time in my life (70 yrs.) that I have turned in a car and gotten a comparable or better car than mine. In this case I turned in my MKX and drove out in an MKX. Recall Fix I received a recall letter on my Focus. North Country Ford is where I bought my car so that is where I took it for service. NCF took my car right away when I arrived and were finished before I expected them to be. The Service Advisor explained what they had done to upgrade my car and answered all of my questions competely. More

Service On Time, On Budget Brought our 2015 F150 in for "The Works" special. The work was done and vehicle ready ahead of schedule. Even fixed a loose spring on the rear cup holder under warranty! Service personnel were very professional and helpful explaining the work being performed. There's a lot of competition out there for routine maintenance, and this Luther dealership knows how important it is to treat customers with care and respect. Excellent job all around! More
