Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Picked up the car and tires were not rotated even though I was charged. Paperwork filled out by technician stated tires were rotated and oil change. Can only a the car and tires were not rotated even though I was charged. Paperwork filled out by technician stated tires were rotated and oil change. Can only assume oil was done but not sure. No longer trust them. Manager brushed me off and had no interest in hearing my concerns. Bought the car new there have had it serviced there since 2015 and will no longer return. They have lost a repeat customer for service and any future car purchases. More
