The car has been 5 times for the same issues still not fixed yet no sign of fixing it anytime soon. Service department either doesn't know how to fix it or they are just guessing. I made a 10:00 appointment to get my oil changed; over 2 hours later, it still wasn't finished. 2 hours! How long should a simple oil change take, especially when I have an appointment?! To top it off, whe hours later, it still wasn't finished. 2 hours! How long should a simple oil change take, especially when I have an appointment?! To top it off, when I addressed this with the service manager, he couldn't have cared less, and basically stated I was lucky it didn't take "3 or 4 hours" and just accept that is the way it was! He then just walked away! Is this the way business is done today? What a pathetic example this manager represented of his company. I will never come to have my oil changed at Jenkins Nissan again, nor ever buy another Nissan vehicle because of this manager's attitude and the way I was treated when I brought my truck in. With an "we don't give a crap" attitude toward the customer, your dealership will not last much longer, in my opinion... More

Jenkins Nissan and its employees have always treated me with the utmost respect. They get me in and out and take care of what I came in for.
