At Flammer Ford everyone went above and beyond After totaling my car I was pressed to quickly buy another vehicle. After visiting six other dealerships, it was refreshing to get a friendly greeting and a salesman that really put forth the effort to find us what we wanted. The management was easy to work with and the finance guy was respectful of what I wanted and did not try to push me into something I didn't want. Everything was done professionally in a timely manner.. We had to take our vehicle back to the dealership the next day for a minor problem, they fixed the problem promptly and even set our clock without us asking. I will recommend Flammer Ford to others and the next time I want to buy a car this will be the place I will go to. More

Nate worked hard to find my truck I walked into Flammer Ford's lot and salesman Nate Whitfeld came out to ask if I needed help. I wasn't even certain of what model truck I wanted. Nate I walked into Flammer Ford's lot and salesman Nate Whitfeld came out to ask if I needed help. I wasn't even certain of what model truck I wanted. Nate let me test drive an F150 and an F250 to compare them, then discussed all the options and my color preference to discover what I wanted. Then Nate searched through all the local dealers to locate what I wanted, made the inter-dealer trade to get what I wanted (even after one other dealer stiffed him on one of them, I think), and had one at Flammer in 2 days. It was very nice to see a car salesman interested in pleasing the customer, instead of getting over on the customer. Overall, purchasing at Flammer was a pleasant experience I would recommend. In less than 5 days time, I found a vehicle, coordinated the purchase of the vehicle with Flammer Ford sales representatives via phone and email, flew from Kentucky to Florida, drove over 3 hours from Punta Gorda to Spring Hill, purchased the vehicle, and drove the vehicle 13 hours back to Kentucky. Although car buying can be stressful and it was a lot of things to coordinate/execute in a short period of time, the Flammer Ford staff was extremely patient, super friendly, very helpful, and made the whole process the most stress-less, smoothest, most painless, and most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had in my 45 years of life.
