The Best Experience in Buying a Automobile I have have ever I would like to start with the fact that Art Goldman took care of my needs from the moment I spoke to him, and that alone is worth everything to me.I I would like to start with the fact that Art Goldman took care of my needs from the moment I spoke to him, and that alone is worth everything to me.I have never bought a car off the internet before and spent several weeks looking at around a hundred cars on line and several locally here in the mid-west.This car was the best out of all I found and Art walked the vehicle during our conversation with me.He described every detail and pointed out the very small but important imperfections to a tee. This fine Lincoln was detailed and serviced in an excellent way and they bought me the first tank of gas. The negations and financing were straight forward and the dealership worked with me on price and were true to their word.This is always important, but when making a decision to fly across the country based on someones word that you don,t know the importance is ten fold.I would give five stars to this friendly staffed dealership and would do business with them without hesitation in the future.Thank you all at Flammer Ford! More

As before, we liked his sales approach, pleasant, not too pushy, knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and he answered our many questions. Ron spent a great deal of time explaining differences between vehicle types, and ultimately obtained a Focus Hatchback with every option that we wanted. The transaction was smooth, expedient and very professional. We indicated we real wanted to do business locally with Flammer, and Russ Silverstone worked with us on the trade-in and pricing of the new vehicle, Dave Donovan wrapped up the paperwork complete with new insurance cards, and Jeff Miner reviewed all the electronics operations. All we had to do was enjoy driving our new vehicle home. Excellent experience! More
