Connie greeted me with a warm smile and checked me in. Let me know as long as I was there they were going to take care of a quick recall that just popped up and save me another trip. Whole team was courteous and Dave and Connie promptly followed up with me during my short wait in their comfortable waiting room. Thankfully easy fix, but even it wasn't at no point did I ever feel as though the Zimbrick team would not take care of the issue. More

Easy peezy I made the appointment online. Very easy to do. I got there and they were ready for me. They have a nice waiting area where I sipped coffee, snacked, I made the appointment online.
