Very very good experience. I highly recommend Zimbrick Nissan service Dept. My first contact was with Dave the service manager. After I explained my issue to him, he confidently told me that they would lo Nissan service Dept. My first contact was with Dave the service manager. After I explained my issue to him, he confidently told me that they would locate and fix the oil leak. I took my truck in this week and they did just what they said. The leak is fixed. Connie, who worked in the intake area explained the process in a friendly manner which was appreciated for sure. Very good experience all the way around ! Thank you for a job well done. More

Disappointed-had work performed to fix a leaky gasket A few weeks back. When I receive my car back there is a whistle whine inside the car. I took it In to see if they could understand what was causing the few weeks back. When I receive my car back there is a whistle whine inside the car. I took it In to see if they could understand what was causing the noise caused by the repair. The response I received was, it is real faint and we started another car and it also had that wine so it's something you will have to live with. I did not have it before the repair now I have it. Service manager said they could replace the power steering pump but would cost ME $1,500 to experiment. Disappointed More

Five stars would have been my choice except for the initial phone call to schedule my service request.
