I was sold a car three weeks ago and within 2 weeks the car wouldn't start. I spoke with the sales rep and a manager to get the situation resolved and they sent me a loaner and had my car towed up to saras car wouldn't start. As of today I still have the loaner. Zero communication from BMW of Sarasota as to whether my car is fixed or needs extra time for them to fix it. I've called twice today and left my number with two separate managers and still nothing. The lack of communication here is abysmal and I regret doing business with them. More

Service department seemed unorganized, said they would update me all along the way, never heard a word. When I dropped my vehicle off I was standing at the counter waiting to talk to someone and another g update me all along the way, never heard a word. When I dropped my vehicle off I was standing at the counter waiting to talk to someone and another gentlemen walked up and said he had been there for 30 minutes and no one had helped him. I pointed out a particular area on my left rear door that I was concerned with and it was still there when I picked it up so obviously they did not address it. My car was in for paint protection and I would have thought they would have washed it before doing the paint protection but the wheels were still dirty when I picked it up so it had not been washed. Was set to p/u car on Friday and finally had to call salesman to see if it was ready, they first told him it would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday, then called back and said it was ready. Called twice to speak to someone about the loaner contract and was sent to vmail, left two messages and never heard back from anyone until I called the salesman and he got an answer to my question. We love our new car but our first interaction with the service department left a very poor impression. It really should not be that hard to call someone back. So far the only person at this dealership that I can count on is my salesman Dave Gor. If service department continues to be this poor, I will really question my decision to buy from this dealership. More

Very happy over all with the deal we got and the speed at which it was done. Finance department was very knowledgeable and was able to customize our extended warranty for our needs. The one negative is that when we drove off the lot there was only a quarter tank of gas, I've never bought a car where they didn't fill the gas tank up. More
