"Great Service Center and Advisor"
I have been a customer of Berge Ford for 14 yrs and David Harney has been my advisor for most of that time period. He has always looked out for my best interests and helped me and my husband with our vehicles. We have never been steered to the wrong repairs or had to wait for a lengthy time period to get our Escapes back. We Love David Harney!
The only thing I am not happy with is the fact that your shuttle service now operates on a first signed in basis, first dropped off. I live 1 mile from Berge and had to ride to Falcon Field before the shuttle would take me home to Southern & Horne! What a waste of gas for Berge Ford and my time! Berge had it right with the old drivers.

Having purchased 5 vehicles thru out those years, my experience with Sales and Service departments at Berge, have always been second to none! My latest visit was handled by Dave Harney, excellent! Of course I'll be back again!!
Ive been in a few times now for problems with my car and they always take care of me. The service team is always polite and addresses whatever needs to be done.
