My time spent with ira Toyota made my car buying experience much better than I could have asked for. My salesperson, Alexa Cho, went above and beyond lining up vehicles for me to drive with no pre experience much better than I could have asked for. My salesperson, Alexa Cho, went above and beyond lining up vehicles for me to drive with no pressure on me to choose one over the other! Charles made the final signing quick and easy to understand. The general manager has a great sense of humor and shows respect for his staff and his customers. There was one other guy whose name escapes me but he was also very helpful and suggested the vehicle I went back, test drove two days into my search and ended up purchasing. Service Dept needs to have a sense of urgency for customers. 2 1/2 hours for a oil change is ridiculous. I just don’t get it. Then excuses that 45 cars were checked in. From the first contact to the last, my entire experience with this auto dealership was phenomenal! I have been searching for a while for a lightly used plug-in, hybrid, and finally settled on the Toyota RAV with this auto dealership was phenomenal! I spotted one online, traced it to this dealership and made a phone call Within a couple of days. I made the drive up and ended up purchasing that evening. Kudos to the online sales rep, Joshua. He gave me an immediate information and was helpful without being intrusive. More kudos to Dave, the sales rep I met with when I went up to test drive the car.
