The best car purchase experience we have had! Everett and Sam listened to and worked with us to purchase the right car for our needs. In our frantic, warp speed world, few take the time to pause and really consider the needs of the customer. Royal Kia is a welcome exception to this rule. My purchase of a new car there went very smoothly, thanks especially to Tom Rice, who listened to me and exhibited friendliness and patience as we sorted through alternatives and arrived at exactly the right car to meet my immediate and future needs. Neither Tom, nor anyone else at the dealership, ever made me feel as if I was being pushed in a particular direction, and no one gave the impression that there selling a car was more important than my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Royal Kia — and Tom — to any of my friends who asked whether that is a good place to do business. I strongly suspect that in the not-too-distant future, my wife and I will be purchasing another car from Royal Kia. More

9th vehicle purchased from Royal Dealerships ! On September 6th my wife and I purchased our 9th vehicle from a Royal Dealership since 2004. This latest vehicle was leased from the Royal Kia office On September 6th my wife and I purchased our 9th vehicle from a Royal Dealership since 2004. This latest vehicle was leased from the Royal Kia office located on E. Speedway and Columbus Blvd. our representative was Jesus Camargo, an employee who started approx 5 years ago as a detail person and worked his way up into sales and leasing. Jesus is a terrific person and not a average car salesperson. Jesus is very knowledgeable not just with the products that he presents, but with his compassion in dealing with people. Jesus took the time to deliver our new 2019 Kia Sorento to our home and explained every feature top to bottom to both my wife and me. Also a special thank you to Dave Lopez in the service department for always going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service ! Dave takes great care of his customers This review is long overdue. We bought our car from Royal Kia years ago and the experience was as pleasurable as a car purchase could be. But truly, w This review is long overdue. We bought our car from Royal Kia years ago and the experience was as pleasurable as a car purchase could be. But truly, what sets this dealership apart is it’s service department; in particular, Dave Loper. He has been our primary contact for all our service needs and has been absolutely fabulous. As a woman, I always worry I am being taken advantage of when I take my car to a mechanic, given how little I know about cars. But Dave is honest, straight-forward and always sensitive to budgets. After four years of owning our vehicle, we put Dave to the true test when our transmission went. He had all the paperwork in place and was able to demonstrate we did all the necessary maintenance to keep up with the warantee requirements and worked with the warantee company to make sure the transmission was covered under Royals Kia’s lifetime warantee. I’ll likely buy from Royal Kia again, and it will be in large part due to Dave’s awesome customer service. Thanks Dave! -Raquel More

No pressure, no dealer add-ons, just outstanding customer service. Zach was very thorough when explaining and showing me the use of the features of the car. There were no surprises at anytime during the entire process. Royal Kia's advertised prices are very competitive and they are truly "a dealership that's different". Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the sales experience as well as the car! More
