Of all the cars I've owned, the Stinger is by far my favorite as the service department at Royal has helped me keep it feeling new even as I'm approaching 30K miles. Ordered the "Royal Rice" again at my KIA Dealership If you're up in mid-town Tucson looking for a great deal, you gotta check out the "Tom Rice" they serve up at Royal KIA. And if you're real lucky, you If you're up in mid-town Tucson looking for a great deal, you gotta check out the "Tom Rice" they serve up at Royal KIA. And if you're real lucky, you could also get a bit of "Beto" on the side. I happened to have a service need at the dealership last week on my older Sorento we purchased from Tom a few years ago, and as I always do while waiting, I asked if Tom was in. While chatting, one thing led to another and we started looking at the newer Sorento models on the lot, but nothing stood out. Too pricey, not the options desired, etc. - you know the drill. Finally Tom says I should look at a recent trade-in out on the back lot that was just dropped off that morning. Turns out this was the right car at the right price at the right time. Made the deal, with every issue we wanted taken care of completely addressed over the next few days. In this process, we met Tom's sales manager, Beto, and I'm sure he had a bit to do with making sure we continue to be extremely pleased Royal KIA customers. Stop by, ask for Tom, and you too may be lucky enough to "Smell the Roses". More
