For me I’m in my sixtys and didn’t want a new car and money was an issue. I had an appointment to look at a 2012 Honda Civic. There was a mix up and the car was sold befor my appointment. I came to the dealership and found out the car I was interested in was sold . Ed Belonga.was very helpful and found another great car. 2015 Chrysler 200 Got to meet David Kelleher and his eyes are really that blue. Great experience. More

Horrible I Purchased the parts for the repair on 2/13/17. Came to have repairs completed on 2/17/17. I was there for over 3 hours, before I was told all the pa I Purchased the parts for the repair on 2/13/17. Came to have repairs completed on 2/17/17. I was there for over 3 hours, before I was told all the parts were not ordered. May I add I paid $700 initially. Now it's said I need to pay an additional $400. I felt like my time wasn't valued, I felt misinformed, and the customer service was poor. And to add to all this, customers had dogs in the waiting room (not service dogs) so my allergies were a mess. I love animals but they don't love me. Unfortunately, I have to go back. After the repairs are complete, I WILL NEVER RETURN!! I also think I shouldn't be forced to give one star... More

Customer Service Needs Work I purchased a used vehicle from David in January. Today will be the 3rd time in 3 weeks that I've brought the car back to get a leaky top fixed. Addit I purchased a used vehicle from David in January. Today will be the 3rd time in 3 weeks that I've brought the car back to get a leaky top fixed. Additionally, this time I found the cruise control that previously worked no longer works. But that's half the story. I dropped my car off on the 8th of February to have the leak fixed again. After 4 days of not hearing from anyone, I called your service department. The person I spoke to (I believe it was Dave) said that the car was at Concord VW. He would find out the status and get back to me. He never did. I called you again on 2/19. The car was still at Concord VW. When I asked why no one had contacted me in almost 10 days to update me on the status of my car, all I got was excuses like, "I'm playing phone tag with Concord." At no point was an apology offered for leaving me hanging for 10 days. My wife called on 2/24 to inform you of the cruise control issue and to say we are bringing the car back again and she said all Dave seemed concerned with was the top leaking. Again, no apology for all the inconvenience. I understand that things happen with cars and that a 3rd party was involved over which you have no control. What I don't understand is the total disregard for the customer. I had a Dodge Journey that I would routinely bring to you for service and never had a negative experience. I've been in customer service for 25 years so I have a little knowledge in this area and, frankly, I feel like I've been treated as a second-class customer and that is totally unacceptable. Perhaps it's because I didn't buy a Dodge. Additionally, I'm puzzled as to why you would try to sell a vehicle that leaked. My mindset right now is this: If, after this time, I need to bring the car back for the leak, you can consider it as being returned because I will not come back to get it. Jim McCann More
