Our salesman Joe DeMarco asked great questions about what we were looking for in a vehicle and what features were most important to us. He quickly took us to see the vehicles in the lot that fulfilled our needs and even demonstrated features he knew would be helpful to my husband and I while carting around our 4 kiddos! His excitement and expertise on all the Yukon XL had to offer made us both certain it was our new car. It really felt important to Joe that we had the right vehicle for our family instead of "pressure" just to sell a car and he was willing to go above and beyond to get it done for us. He was incredibly accommodating and flexible to get us out from under our trade in as well. Every person in the dealership had great comroddery and a fun team mentality, ready to help wherever they could. Any question we had he answered or immediately got the person who could. The whole process was effortless and in the end we left feeling like we got a great value for our dream family car!!! We will be recommending Joe and the whole Faulkner West Chester team to our family and friends. More
