Dan took his time going through the car with me, suggested a GREAT app, and taught me all the bells and whistles that I had no idea existed! On top of that, they surprised with a small, beautiful gift that I will cherish along with my new (to me) vehicle. The dealerships are extremely clean, employees seemed happy and the quality of their vehicle supply is unmatched elsewhere! My consultant Andrew Kydes was able to find me the perfect car (For Me) even though I had no idea what I wanted when I decided to purchase a new vehicle. He was attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to communicate clear and concise details about the cars they had available that would suit my particular needs. In the end I was extremely satisfied with the cars I was presented with and ultimately what I decided to purchase “Lexus ES 350”. The entire team at DACARS Lexus in Greenwich including my consultant Andrew, the mangers and finance created a customer obsessed environment, which made me feel like I was apart of their Lexus family. Needless to say they did not fail to create that opulence experience you would expect from a luxury brand such as Lexus. More
