My consultant Andrew Kydes was able to find me the perfect car (For Me) even though I had no idea what I wanted when I decided to purchase a new vehicle. He was attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to communicate clear and concise details about the cars they had available that would suit my particular needs. In the end I was extremely satisfied with the cars I was presented with and ultimately what I decided to purchase “Lexus ES 350”. The entire team at DACARS Lexus in Greenwich including my consultant Andrew, the mangers and finance created a customer obsessed environment, which made me feel like I was apart of their Lexus family. Needless to say they did not fail to create that opulence experience you would expect from a luxury brand such as Lexus. More

Billy Music, Zak Eisherif, Rafael Chirinian, Dave Miller, and Melanny Monaco did a fantastic job, from finding the car to getting it ready to make the deal. Everything about this deal was on point and as expected. I've had very-poor experience with other Lexus dealerships and other car brand dealerships in the area, so I was surprised to find out the level of service and attention provided. No one was pushy or tried to pressure me to buy something I didn't need/want. It's not just about selling as many cars as possible here; it's about finding the vehicle you like/want to drive. They treat their clients exceptionally well, and that's truly what makes this dealership unique. I will certainly be back for future purchases and look forward to having my service done at this location! More
