Car Stolen in front of house.!!! Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. After our car was stolen we were forced to look into buying a vehicle. Its been 50 days since Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. After our car was stolen we were forced to look into buying a vehicle. Its been 50 days since our car was stolen and it was time to replace it and get back to our lives. I have never owned a subaru. Friends and family swear by them. We started doing a little shopping on the internet and locally. We decided on a subaru forrester. I love the height of the drivers seat and the large open windshield. Its easy to maneuver. We met Dave Novik at Garavel and have found him to be pleasant, honest, and, above all patient..(Not to mention all the phone calls he accepted from me. He even called the next day to see how the drive home was....Tom (in finance) was also pleasant and helpful. Misplacing my large bank check upset me a bit (and, the staff was great) We experienced a few glitches but are in the process of resolving them. I dont yet LOVE my Subaru but, I am looking forward to loving it one day. Service with a smile for sure; from Valerie who greets you at the front door, to the last salesman leaving for the day..I'm sure when service time comes due everyone will be just as nice.. kathleen cullen More

Our New Family Car My last car was a Subuaru Legacy, and I loved that car. I really wouldn’t have gotten rid of it if I didn’t have to. I always knew that my next car would be a forester. As our family is growing from 2 to 3 now was a great time to start looking. My husband and I went into Garavel just to take a look at what they had to offer for foresters. Our sales man was Dave and he left nothing to question. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us our options. He is what you are looking for when you think about a great sales man. He went through everything when we bought the car, the different settings , and even reached out after to see how everything was going. My husband and I had a number that we wanted to spend and Garavel was able to match what that number. Overall it was a great experince and would recommend it to friends and family. More

Dave Novik was great to work with. My only gripe is with the Jose the finance manager. He was misleading me through Dave and tried to slip in a Etching fee $189 and extra Lease paymen My only gripe is with the Jose the finance manager. He was misleading me through Dave and tried to slip in a Etching fee $189 and extra Lease payment(sign and drive deal) for $402.40. Dave went back in and got him to remove them from the deal. My other issue is the end of lease disposition fee $300 was not disclosed/explained me at the closing of the deal paperwork. So buyer beware with Jose and do your homework and stand your ground (be willing to walk). Steve Z. More
