Outragous and Ostentatious Outback! The first time I called to talk to a sales person I was pleased to find that the service department was the first number on the dealership key pad. I new this would be valuable in the future because service will continue to be important long after my purchase. Each person I dealt with in sales, sales management, or finance were professional and informed. I am an extremely difficult negotiator, I understand that the actual price of the vehicle is unknown. However, the professional sales staff did not find this a deterrent, they confidently and calmly provided all the information necessary for me to complete and informed transaction. I am currently traveling around the state in a 3.6R Touring Crystal Black Silica Outback with Java Brown leather interior. I have approximately 350 miles on the car in the first two days. The car handles as well as a sports sedan. The Subaru Starlink safety system along with the Eyesight driver assist system will provide additional safety on all my travels. Garavel Subaru of Norwalk, Thank you for all of your professionalism, depth of knowledge of your product, and courteous sales service! PS sure looks great with the front windows tinted same as rear.
