However, Dave Novik and the other Garavel Subaru staffers quickly removed this element from my car buying experience. Personable, knowledgeable and engaging, Dave and the Garavel team worked with me to ensure a fair and equitable deal was made, and that my satisfaction extended beyond my signature on the bottom line. Upon discovering an issue with a bit of lower body cladding prior to driving off the lot, I brought this to the attention of the attending sales representative. Instead of getting a "take it or leave it" response, I was assured it would be resolved immediately, and an appointment was made on the spot for repair the following week. Not only was the matter quickly addressed, but a loaner car was also arranged for the repair period. In my experience, everyone enters every situation wanting to leave with their sense of dignity and fair play intact. Dave and the guys provided this kind of a sales experience. My skepticism has been eroded due to their engaging buyer experience and the degree to which the dealership stands behind their products. And while my son loves his new car, I found value in the service provided, and friendships forged. More
