He worked hard for a few weeks to ensure we could purchase the Legacy Limited we desired, and, after sales manager Miles Shapiro was brought into the sale to facilitate the process, we had a deal which made all parties satisfied. Their work didn't end with the contract and sale, as Dave Novik patiently explained all facets of the Legacy 2.5i Limited operation, as well as introduce us to the people of the service area we will encounter in the future. While the entire process, from test drive to transfer of plates and registering the Legacy only took a few hours, it was painless nonetheless, and Dave Novik made sure we had all issues addressed.
