Already a fan of Subaru's, this only furthered my comfort in them, knowing I will be safe in any situation through the make/model of the car and their safety features. I reached out to Dave regarding my situation and he was more than accessible in getting me back on the road with another Subaru. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he delivered on the spot. My experience with Dave was fantastic in following-up with me & getting me back on the road. This is my second time with satisfactory results at Garavel and will continue to do business with them far beyond this most recent lease. More

He truly knows his product and was very patient answering all the questions me and my fiancé could possibly come up with, spending as much time as we needed to walk out completely comfortable but most of all to make this very memorable experience. Tom Nerreau in finance was also a huge help in reviewing the whole lease package, including warranty and maintenance options, allowing me to select the program, which worked best for my needs. I only have good things to say about my experience with Garavel Subaru. Never even for second have I felt rushed or pushed into any decision. Everything was so well orchestrated and in timely manner. My current Subaru died, and I needed a new car quickly I had just started working with Dave Novik, as I knew my current Subaru Forester was about to "go," after having served me faithfully for 14 years. The day after that, Dave spent his entire day, very patiently trying to find a car for me that fit my needs and my finances. I had brought a can of soup for lunch that I had intended to take to work when we were done with the arrangements. The transaction took a little longer than I had planned. Dave was very generous and offered to go to a local deli and purchase some soup for me (at his expense). I am so appreciative for his kindness, his caring and his patience. Having to say goodbye to my old car was very emotional for me, and he made the transition easier. Paul Albert was also very helpful in hunting for a proper financing arrangement that would suit my needs. Tom Nerreau in financing was also very patient and helpful. It was a very stressful situation for me, and his compassion and understanding was wonderful. More
