Garavel Subaru is great at matching customer with automobile -- both in terms of use and cost and in facilitating the process (interface w/DMV, insurance transfer, setting up the loan, etc.) It was one stop shopping! I was so lucky to have Corey as my salesman as he turned the experience, which could be intimidating, into an easy tour of available inventory and finding what was best for me. The huge amount of paperwork involved in a car purchase was boiled down into a simple process by Jose who gave me much confidence that I was working with a competent and honest group. The gentleman who handled the trade-in had a lot of experience and made me feel that he was working in my interest (I didn't get his name). And the folks at the service end, with whom I will deal in the future, were welcoming and willing to talk to me. I am very grateful for this group as they usually bear the brunt of customer issues. So I am a happy camper so far in dealing with Garavel Subaru Norwalk and I am glad to have the opportunity to write this review. More

Dave was always available to meet with us when our schedules permitted and provided immediate feedback on our numerous questions, which was vital in our effort to not let the process linger on. Pricing on the car was also in line with our upfront research and they were also very fair on trade value. More

As for the Finance dept, I expected help in understanding and explaining the costs of the car and its fees, etc. But, what I got were sales pitches about all the added products I could get, without enough time to figure out what I would need and not need. If I had it to do over again, I would have walked out of the dealership. Those products would add up to $6000 on top of my new Limited Outback. Absolutely outrageous!! Best said, if I had talked with the Finance dept initially, I would not have bought a new car at this dealer. This is my opinion. More
