Professional and genuine! Last month I sadly returned my Subaru Legacy Lease. I then purchased my used 2010 Acura TSX and I am extremely happy with my purchase but even more so Last month I sadly returned my Subaru Legacy Lease. I then purchased my used 2010 Acura TSX and I am extremely happy with my purchase but even more so with my sales experience thanks to Dave Novik. When I first leased my legacy back in 2016, Dave was my sales rep and he worked with me on every detail. He was also extremely thorough in his explanations and to ensure I would transition seamlessly into my lease. Throughout the term of my lease, he always followed up with me just to make sure things were going well. You can bet I came back to deal with him and he was just as great by helping me transition out of my lease and into a used car. He answered all of my questions in the process and was patient with me while I was extremely indecisive. Since last month, he has continued to follow up and again just to make sure things are going well. Dave is the reason I will continue to return as a more than happy customer. Dave is the man!! Elena was also very helpful by helping answer additional questions that I had and helping relay important information. More

He is funny and friendly and extremely good at relating to his customers. He was not pushy and was very knowledgeable and answered every question with ease - especially since I ask a million! After this experience, I will happily recommend Garavel Subaru and Dave to anyone looking for a car or servicing, etc. Going forward, this will be our go to place for all our car needs! Previously, we have both had somewhat terrible experiences buying cars and dreaded coming back - Dave completely turned our opinion of car searching and purchasing around and made it hassle free and easy.
